When you take an order, the customer or customers will ask for broth and dishes, as well as some refreshments if you have them, which immediately start cooking in the Kitchen. Your typical hotpot consists of two components: the broth, which is kept simmering on a stove, and the dishes, which usually consist of raw meats and vegetables which are dipped into the broth to cook them.
